
My kickboxing classes always seem to be about 45 minutes long and that is what this one should be about here. Alright, let’s get to that kickboxing workout. You will never have a boring workout training any from of martial arts at all! There will always be more to learn, more to train.

Kickboxing originated from Japan from a mix of Karate, Western Boxing and Muay Thai.
